I didn't end up using this company because they determined they couldn't fix my problem, but my experience with them was top notch from start to finish.
Patrick from Maintenance Pro was sent to our residence to address our maintenance request, he arrived on time accordingly, knocked on our door and greeted us with a very friendly smile.
I give this company 1 star because although I called them twice and left messages, no one ever bothered to call me back.
Positive - communication and punctual. Work was good, but not great. Left small debris in a box and didn't tell me.
