Alex was great! He was obviously very knowledgeable about our Subzero wine fridge, and explained the pros/cons of the 'bandaid' fix we asked for (that is, fill with freon) vs. a much more expensive permanent fix. Communication was very fast and service was prompt. We have used Alex several times for different appliance and he has always been great - straight shooter with a fair price. Definitely recommend.

I have a 10-year-old built-in Thermador fridge that initially had a defrost issue--it was blowing hot air and warming up. Vadym came promptly and fixed that issue with no problem. Later, I had another problem as the fridge started making an odd noise. Initially, Vadym suspected it was the compressor fan, but the issue persisted. This issue had actually been lingering for a long time. Vadym stood out by taking the time. He thoroughly examined the fridge and, when the issue persisted, he consulted his network instead of guessing. I would highly recommend Vadym and Metro Appliance to others.
