I am so surprise to see good reviews about this business. They did a trench on my small patio due to the small slope that diverts the water towards my foundation. The main think was to prevent water towards come into the house. It made worse because when they patched the concrete it was more incline towards my foundation. The trench was so big and high up without adequate downspout. I usually do not write reviews but I feel obligated to let future customers know.

We feel lucky found Miguel and his team for our drywall repair and water leak repair work. His team is always on time. They shows up always 5 minutes early before the start time. I have had many contractors in the past not on time at all. The drywall repair work is extremely well done. Miguel's team was able to match to the old texture. He also helped to corrected many mistakes left by previous contractors. Also the price is fair. We will definitely have Miguel's team for future work.

Completely fixed our water problem in our crawlspace, quickly and for a very competitive price! Great customer service. Miguel even came to help us later with an unrelated water leak to make sure our crawlspace was dry. Highly recommend and would use again!!!

I didn't use his services as I decided to delay my project. However, he was very responsive and very knowledgeable about sump installation, french drain and crawl space insulation. I'd highly recommend having him come out to evaluate your project.
