I found a gorgeous Calacatta Borghini remnant from Inocencio on Facebook, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. He responded right away and welcomed me to his shop the next day. With just a deposit, he kindly held the stone for over a month until my project was ready. When the site wasn't prepared for templating on his first visit (my mistake!), he returned the very next morning and even reached out to our fireplace vendor to confirm surround requirements. To save me a trip, he sent detailed photos of the template laid out on the slab and offered his professional advice, which I truly valued because the stone was so beautiful it was hard to decide. I followed his recommendation, and a week later the fireplace was installed. The craftsmanship is incredible, and the finished result is so stunning it actually made me cry. After making countless big decisions for this project, the fireplace is -- hands down -- my favorite feature. Inocencio also suggested creative ways to use the remaining stone, and I look forward to working with him again. He's kind, talented, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
