I was referred to Andres of Miranda Carpet Cleaners by a friend around 15 years ago and have never used anyone else to clean my carpets since that time. As a real estate agent, I also use Andres exclusively to clean carpets for all my listings. He always does an A+ job and is a miracle worker when it comes to removing challenging stains and making old carpeting look new. Andres even repaired a hole left by a burn mark in one carpet, which saved my client from having to replace the entire carpet in that room! He is honest, reliable and very reasonably priced. Andres has cleaned my carpets at least 10 times over the last 7+ years and has always done an outstanding job. I have pets so my carpets they need to be thoroughly cleaned and fairly regularly. The amazing thing about Andre's work is that he uses the extraction method that has my carpets almost completely dry by the time I get home from work, less than 8 hours later. The name of the business is Miranda Carpet Cleaners-not to be confused with Miranda's....Andres, the head guy, came over and did an estimate which wasn't unusual. However, he wore shoe coverings, even though my carpet was stained beyond offense AND he used a measurement rolling stick to get the exact square footage of my palace. That's when I knew I was dealing with an honest businessman. They came when they said they would and charged me exactly what was estimated. My palace is sparkling!!! I don't know how they did it but they made an old carpet look brand new. Best of all, there was no odor left behind like other companies who use harsh smelling chemicals. I absolutely recommend Miranda Carpet Cleaners. These guys are honest, have a sense of humor, professional, and reasonably priced.
