Monarch Maintenance

We contracted Maria to fix frontyard and backyard. She took payments, and out of three projects, she completed one. She now owe me over $2k and she is MIA, her phone is unreachable. My lesson: Never pay anyone without 100% work completion. My recommendation: Never give any work to Maria and Luis.

They removed a very large stump in yard, did a very thorough job and completed in a timely manner, would use their business again!

Maria and Luis are a great team! They provided gutter services for us and we could not have asked for a better outcome. Maria takes care of scheduling and is available to provide all answers to our questions. Luis does a thorough job which includes ground clean up as well. He took his time to make sure the job is done to perfection even when it was drizzling outside and windy.

Luis did great job cleaning up our roof gutters. The service was very prompt, punctual, clean, and professional. They sent before and after pics too.
