Carl is the nicest and most professional termite inspector I've dealt with. Called Mountain View termite for an inspection on a 14 day escrow and they fit me in right away. He showed up on time and even printed the report for me prior to leaving. I will definitely recommend him to my other clients.
They performed a termite inspection. They did a great job repaired and treated all areas at a super reasonable price Carl the inspector/pm was amazing super nice and went above and beyond.

I called Mountain View Termite for a second opinion after purchasing a triplex in Yucaipa. They charged me $175 and told me it needed to be tented with fumigation. No price for repairs were quoted. I had to have another Termite company re-inspect it to address the repairs that I was concerned about. The third company was much more professional and they didn't charge me since it was after the purchase. Mountain View Termite was out to get what ever they could.
