Mr Pool Service and Repair

We have had Brent from Mr. Pool maintain our pool for many years. He provides excellent weekly service, maintaining our pool, but in addition, he has suggested and installed some wonderful upgrades in our pool equipment over the years. Some of those include Pentair, a system that has automatic settings which Brent maintains, allowing us to do things such as turn the pool lights off and on and change the water temperature, etc., from our phones. We first met him when we were looking for someone to install a timer for our solar system. He suggested the Pentair system, and we were so impressed with his knowledge and ability that we not only had him install the Pentair System, but we switched to him for our weekly service. He also installed a saltwater chlorinator, which reduces the amount of chlorine needed, as well as eliminating the chlorine smell of the water, making it so soft and clear, and leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth, with no trace of chlorine smell. Brent is up on the latest innovations for caring for and maintaining our pool equipment. We wouldn't trust anyone else for all of our pool needs. We have hired Mr. Pool (Brent) twice for our pool. We do the regular cleaning maintenance ourselves, but we called him when our pump broke and when we needed to resurface the pool. Both times Brent was terrific about explaining our options and the pros and cons of each decision. He never tried to sell us on anything and seemed to do his best to give us the best value for our money. We highly recommend him!!

Brent has worked with us on our 25k gal pebble tech pool & hot tub in LG for the last 7-8 years. He's GREAT in all regards. I was tired of the hassle, high prices, wait times, and poor quality/service of the big brand service providers. I reached out to Brent to add a Pentair heat pump for my large pool. He was very helpful in telling me what I needed to have in place such as a 50amp disconnect. The heat pump was on backorder and it took a while to get it delivered, but once it came it took Brent a day to set it all up. He also re-did the plumbing of the pipes and valves and the whole set up looks clean. He also spent time with me showing how to control the heat pump with my SunTouch. Brent is a great guy and very professional.

Brent should definitely be the first choice for anyone having pool issues. He came by last week to diagnose my pool heater and got the problem resolved in less than 20 minutes all with No Charge! He won't even take any money from me when offered. He could've easily tried to charge me for unnecessary work and I won't know any better. This goes to show what an honest and ethical person he is.
