I used these guys last-minute. They showed up on time but did not disclose their rate ahead of time. They worked at a snail's pace, and I had a broken lamp and a damaged custom table.
I had a bizarre experience during my move. I was charged extra without prior notice for non-standard items. The movers communicated poorly and required cash payment unexpectedly.
Adam was quick to reply to my last minute request. Jim and Reuben were kind, attentive, and quick. This company should receive five stars because they were incredibly professional and careful with fragile items.
