He responded right away, gave me a great price (the best I found after comparing a few), and was able to schedule me within 24 hours. I had a huge pile of outdoor furniture and cushions to get rid of, and even though it ended up being more than we thought--three truckloads instead of two--Chris stuck to his original quote. He even came back the next day to finish everything up. Super reliable and professional from start to finish. It's clear this is a family-run business that cares about doing right by its customers. Wow' so nice to receive honest and professional service! We just had Chris remove our hot tub! It was challenging since we live on a steep hill in Emerald Hills, but Chris performed as promised and took it all in stride!!! Highly recommend!!
