National Response Team

Watch out for this company, greedy fire chasing, predatory bad business practices. I had the misfortune of having a house fire a couple of weeks ago. in the middle of watching the fire department out of the fire, a representative from National Response Team (NRT) shows up asking to do work to board up property after the fire. I agree after confirmation insurance will be billed. The following day I receive messages and phone calls to set appointments up for reconstruction of house? All this company wants is you to sign your money away, I forcefully refused the push for extra work. Horrible office communications, non-existent customer relations and generally shady business practices trying to take advantage of people during a crisis!!!! Be warned, stay far away.

The National Response team provided very professional service. I was especially impressed with the Project Manager (Angela). She was easy to work with, very thorough and great on follow through. What was so refreshing was how quickly they responded to the aftermath of my small chemical fire with smoke damage. That is why I gave them such a good review. I would surely recommend them.

Stay away from this company. Jr will up charge you and charge the insurance and not share any information with you until they collect the check very bad business practice and very deceiving.

We had the misfortune of working with NRT after they were recommended to us. They mis-measured the space and didn't plan out the restoration work correctly, contributing to a 3 month delay in getting a simple cost estimate together. In short, NRT made a bad situation much worse. I DO NOT recommend working with them.

NRT was so Great during a very tough period. My mom's house was in a fire. NRT representative was there and boarded up the house that day and did the demo for the rebuild. We are so thankful for NRT. The rep was so thoughtful and helpful!
