Despite being an hour and a half late the experience was smooth and the crew was professional. Took less time than I thought. I'd likely hire them again if I could ensure I got this same crew.

The packing and move-out went fairly smoothly. Some bumpiness showed up at the move-in: They packed a number of liquid cleaners in a box without labeling which direction was up: it arrived upside down and was the bottom box of a pile. It took some moving and excavating to figure out why something in it was leaking.

Leo's team was awesome and helped us move homes in Los Altos. Highly recommended service.

I had a great experience with Ontrack moving. There is a change in my moving plans and I had to look for availabilities on the same day to move out on the last day of my lease. Ontrack moving was able to accommodate my urgent moving request. The movers were friendly and gave helpful suggestions on planning out my new apartment. The move was very smooth and my furniture was well-protected. Would highly recommend!

Reliable-arrived on time. Each person introduced himself. Followed directions well. Did a superb job of packing & loading a POD within a challengingly small space - maximized the use of space. Would definitely use again!
