I spoke with 2 different people on the phone and was told I can schedule a teeth cleaning without any exam or x rays being done. When I arrived I waited 15 minutes only to be told that they would not perform a teeth cleaning without taking x rays and performing a full exam. I spoke in no uncertain terms on the phone and was very clear. Very disappointing. I left without receiving any care.

Love this place. My experience was a great one. Staff and doctor were welcoming and kind. Very organized and comfortable!

Dr. Kim at Palo Alto Dental Studio is, without a doubt, the best dentist I've ever had, and I recommend her without hesitation! She is incredibly meticulous, a true perfectionist who takes her time and pays close attention to every detail, ensuring the highest quality of care for everything from cleanings to complex procedures. What truly sets her apart is how super explanatory she is; Dr. Kim takes the time to clearly walk you through X-rays and treatment options, showing you exactly what she sees and explaining the 'why' behind her recommendations so you leave feeling informed, comfortable, and confident in your dental health.

Had a great experience at this new dental practice. With my history of cavities and root canals, Dr. Kim handled every complication with such care and skill. She's thorough, gentle, and takes time to explain everything. Rachel at the front desk is also wonderful, so kind and helpful. So glad I found such a great dental practice in the Bay Area!

Dr. Kim and her team were great! I can tell that she cares for her staff and has a confidence in her work that put me at ease. I felt taken care of, and her staff were pleasant and helpful on the phone and at the front desk. I got text reminders and had the option to fill in the forms at home before my appointment, which is appreciated. The office looked clean and is in an area with plenty of free parking and food options nearby, which made it very convenient and easy to get to. Thanks for making my experience comfortable as I'm new to the Bay Area and have been anxious to find a dentist I like!
