While doing drywall repair preparatory to painting, my handyman discovered a serious and long-standing carpenter ant infestation that threatened a load-bearing beam in the ceiling. After I had the ants cleaned out, Peace of Mind replaced and reinforced the beam and support structures -- I think it's probably more sound and safer than it was originally. This is a great team to work with -- knowledgeable, careful, meticulous, and friendly. Can't recommend too highly.

They recently helped with the EBB retrofit of my home. They took care of all of the paperwork and kept me updated very well. The workmen who did the installation were very friendly and efficient.

Just go with them! They are specialized and streamlined towards this kind of work, so they'll cost you less than other, less experienced ones. If you have the EBB grant they'll handle all the paperwork for you and that's huge. Also they'll take responsibility for things derived from their work. And they work with their own employees, rather than outsourcing to some third party workers. Great communication too. All very professional and neatly done. Very happy I hired them.
