Planet Orange

I super appreciate the service that Dennis provided today! He was thorough, really listened to the problem that we were having, and educated us on what products he was using and how safe they are for our pets, while still dealing with our ant problem effectively.

Planet Orange has been wonderful. The pest control has been excellent and the customer service is professional and worth more than five stars. We can't thank Juan enough for all he has done for us and how kind, intelligent and thorough he is. We've had a few other technicians at times and they have been great too. I tell anyone with issues or pest concerns to contact Planet Orange and you will be pleased.

We had already received multiple home inspections for a possible termite infestation in our home and Lance is truly the most exceptional inspector. He was prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, professional and trustworthy. He is a clear communicator and welcomes questions and answers without condescension. He values honesty and integrity which are unfortunately uncommon in today's world. We are grateful that no current work needs to be done but would definitely work with Planet Orange (should a future need arise - hope not) because of Lance! He deserves a raise, promotion and acknowledgement!

Great staff and good communication, they handled treatment and did it without really being intrusive to our day, I barely noticed they were at the house doing the work. The free inspection they also started with was thorough through all the spaces in the houses.
