Latest 5 of 12***VIOLATED*** and not by the bidet seat. I was charged $640.43 for a plumber to swap out a 'toilet fill valve'. This replacement part is $25 and it took a total of 22 minutes to install!! I feel violated and scammed and completely overcharged!!
Plumber was not able to complete the job due to the location of the tap screws and the age of the tap. Recommendations were made and no charge for the in-person estimate.
The team did a great job installing the 1” waterline on our side of the property. They only took 8 hrs and worked efficiently and were tidy inside the house which was much appreciated.
Atlas care was able to come out quickly and address my concerns. Although they were delayed arriving at the indicated time, they did communicate the delay. And once they arrived, they were quick to identify the issue and resolve it.
