I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but the service was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share my experience. We recently decided to replace the old plastic water shut-off valves in our 10+ year-old home to help prevent future issues, and we couldn't be happier with the service. The team arrived even earlier than scheduled, and the two technicians were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They did an amazing job replacing all the valves quickly and carefully. Everything was completed in no time, and they left the work area perfectly clean afterward. It's hard to find contractors who are both skilled and respectful of your home, but this team exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for any plumbing work!

I used Polis Plumbing to install a gas shutoff valve and Moen water leak equipment. When Emil came to do the estimate, he came on time and gave good advice. It was easy to schedule appointments with them. The communications are professional. Oleksii came to install the devices. He was very patient to answer our questions. Overall very good experience.

Two days ago, both our bath tubs started to clog badly. I contacted Polis Plumbing and they responded right away. Came out the following day and for whatever reasons, couldn't figure out how to unclog the tubs. Emil never gave up, even when it was 8pm (they arrived at 4:30ish). Hence, after 3.5 hours, they finally got it fixed. They were not only professionals but didn't give up! They also unclogged two of our sinks and told us how to maintain everything in the future. Truly a team and company that cares about their customers!
