Precision Garage Door of San Francisco

Yesterday our Precision garage door got somehow disconnected from my phone and I couldn't open the door. Precision sent out a great person, Sheridan, from the Bay Area office. Apparently I was a weird case, but Sheridan stuck with it. He called his technical support person, whom he referred to as "King Philip" and they got it all fixed. Very pleasant service.

Phenomenal work, James came in within an hour of making the call, was very thorough with the work and fixed our door like new. Excellent, high quality workmanship!

I wrote a negative report. However, when the owner Pat called me and explained what happened he relieved my concerns. On another subject, I cannot get into my account to remove my one-star report and Yelp has been very difficult to contact to remove this incorrect report.

Hello my garage door would not open it was stuck I couldn't even open it manually , I called and The dispatch in Said some out immediately , everyone was very professional and very kind and informative Tim, Was very kind in form and to and very professional he explained to me everything and the options that I had I am very pleased with him I give you all 5 stars thank you and I will recommend you in the future

Our garage door stopped working when one of the hinges broke. I called Precision because of their great reviews, and now I can why they got them! Brandon was out to see me first thing the next morning. He was on time, gave me an estimate and fixed it within the next 90 minutes. The garage door works like new with nearly all the parts replaced (after 40 years!). Brandon showed me how and what to lubricate every 6 months for some basic care and reminded me that they have a 5-year guarantee too. Thanks Brandon!
