Rafael to the rescue again. Had a small pin hole leak in our bathroom and once I called Rafael he was on his way. Found it and fixed it in no time. I will always recommend Premium Plumbing to anyone and everyone! As always thanks again Rafael!

Rafael is an absolutely fantastic plumber! He's always available and incredibly efficient. Whenever I've had an urgent issue, he's been right there, ready to help. He consistently tackles problems with the simplest, quickest solutions, always making me feel confident in his work and clearly explaining every step. Plus, he's super organized and discreet - you wouldn't even know he was here when he's done, as he leaves everything spotless! A true professional, highly recommended!

Our upstairs tub was leaking and did not have cold water (only hot). First, they CANCELED the appointment we made about an hour before the scheduled time. We should have known then. When they finally arrived they cut a large hole and claimed to have fixed the leak. They told us the cold water would be more expensive than the original quote. We decided to have a second plumber look at it. The second plumber informed us that the folks from Premium Plumbing did not actually need to open up our ceiling to fix the leak. And they never actually fixed the leak! Horrible service, waste of money, stay away!

Called Rafael on a neighbors recommendation when a leak was discovered. I was so happy with the communication and responsiveness, He was very professional and courteous, careful with maneuvering around the house and appliances. He quickly assessed the issue and confidently explained the situation and stopped the leak! Highly recommend!

Woke up on Mother's Day to a flooded side yard. I contacted one (big name) plumbing company and the call center receptionist sounded like she was sleeping & said they would have someone call me. In the meantime I called Premium plumbing. Raphael answered and said he could come out within an hour and a half. Perfect. Raphael showed up on time, gave us a reasonable quote for the emergency work (on Mother's Day Sunday), fixed the problem and the job was done and cleaned up within 4 hours of my initial call. He will definitely be our new contact for plumbing issues!
