Les and his team were excellent! So happy our contractor referred us to him. He is a master of his craft. Extremely hard working. Attention to detail. Clean, organized. Made sure our others rooms were sealed from the dust. Completed job ahead of schedule. He replies to emails and texts promptly, even after working hours. We've used Les for several projects and would highly recommend him! Our first experience with him was 12 years ago when our original contractor was fired part way through the project and we needed someone to come in and take over/fix a project gone wrong - all in a super tight time frame. We were scheduled too move in and desperately needed floors finished before moving day. He came through and did an incredible job.

We are in the midst of doing a kitchen remodel and have been trying to match our existing hardwood floors - it's been a pain to source these. We went in today to try and find a matching floor and, while they didn't carry it, the store manager Ernest immediately jumped on the line, called other suppliers, and went well beyond the extra mile to help us locate the flooring. This customer service is INCREDIBLE! Couldn't recommend higher.
