Needed to remediate a bathroom water leak which became more extensive tear-down due to mold. Tom came out to assess the situation and earned my business quickly. He was professional and personable, and respectful. He arranged the remediation service for water damage and mold testing/eradication. Throughout the demolition, finish material selection, permitting, construction, and inspection process, he managed the entire project and gave me frequent updates. It was a hands-off for me as it gets - something very important if your time is valuable. I'm very happy with the project. HIGHLY recommend Primework. Ben is the owner whom I never met. Tom as the project manager is all you need. I think he represents the company well.

Primework Construction & Remodeling has been doing an excellent job. I have been using them for 3 years and also 3 of my previous projects. Guest Bathroom renovation, Flooring replacement and Master Bathroom renovation. Now they are working on my 4th project an external deck replacement. The work quality has been excellent. The entire process is very good with continuous communication throughout the project cycle.
