Pristine Pools

Our pool was over 20 years old, had settled at one end of the yard, and had some hard-to-find leaks that turned out to be much worse than we thought. We talked to a bunch of pool repair companies about resurfacing our pool, but we knew Pristine Pools from years ago when they used to do our weekly pool service, and we really trust Matt, so we picked them. We are thrilled with the results! The deck around the pool and the steps were also falling apart, so we had that demolished and redone at the same time. It was a LOT of work all at once. Matt coordinated everything and his team really went above and beyond. While rewiring the pool and hot tub, he fixed problems with our yard lights. Nice. They even noticed that our backyard gate latch was broken and wasn't closing properly as the workers went in and out and they repaired it so our dog won't escape. Didn't even ask. Just fixed it. Wow. Everything was done with care from start to finish. We highly recommend Pristine Pools.

I've been a pool owner for over 20 years and during that time I've employed several different pool maintenance companies. Pristine Pools have had my business for over a year now and I can tell you that my experience with their services has been far superior than anything I've experienced in the past. They always do an excellent job with their weekly service, calling attention to any maintenance issues that might arise, and always keep everything running perfectly and keeping my pool sparkling clean. In the past I just accepted mediocrity and just figured checking the chemistry and adjusting the water accordingly was all I should expect. Not with Pristine. Diego always makes sure I'm taken care of and makes it right if something is missed. Nice job Pristine! You've made me realize there's no need to compromise with your pool service.

Had my pool control panel and all the equipment replaced this year by Pristine Pools. I truly enjoyed working with Matt Vieira selecting my new equipment and adding solar heating. The quality of the work was exceptional. The sweep runs error free every day now.
