Not impress at all on what happen, I had to deal with almost same issue than others, in three week the plan not really existing. Because he didn't have a plan. New in town, first I give the guy a chance to prove himself and the deal was you do my bathroom and i will promote your CIE. Has an event planner I can use all resources to ensure is brand will be promoted. Not the only thing i want to say is, he has too much personal issue who delay the contract by day. Not showing up early as usual contractor do, or even showing up. It was really challenging to understand what we need to to purchase, because i m not in the Reno business, this is why I hired somebody to do the job. If you hired somebody, ensure it s clear that time start ,time end and also put a clause of no payment until end... that will be my advice.

Started my tiling job and then did not come back for 1 week. Even then, they only worked 2-3 days a week. Tried to rush the job by taking short cuts which I am still fixing. Has employees who do not know what they are doing and installed my borders with waves in them. Then they ask for a further deposit to continue working (which was against their contract which they made up). I had to get someone else to finish my job and fix their mistakes.

We hired Mario and his crew and they came in on schedule and under budget. They were meticulous and cleaned after themselves at the end of each day.We had hired them intially for a complete kitchen reno and then decided to also do one of our kids washroom and everything went seamless, if things were not clear on the workers end Mario or his lead hand would call either my hubbie aor myself and send us pics and would wait for the go ahead, so that we are aware and approve of all situations that arose while they were on-site, Great job Pro-Fix, we will be calling you to re-do our basement. Highly Recommended
