SIR, I showed you the temporary registration, you shook your head over and over and kept refusing to listen to me. I couldn't even explain to myself how unprofessional you were to me because you kept cutting me off. Had you listened and apologized I would not have to take to yelp to make a review. Your attitude and, lack of customer service skills was clear as you stepped out of your vehicle. I own my business and work as a nurse and I understand refusal of services but you clearly said you would perform a service on the phone and when we got there you took 30 seconds to refuse service when you saw myself, my daughter and my luxury vehicle. All of the sudden the documents we had didn't suffice. You could have told us over the phone you couldn't do it, there were so many other businesses we could have gone with and in the end we did.

I had a great experience and would highly recommend Kfir Cohen! My Honda key fob had stopped working, and I was worried I'd have to go through the dealership and spend a fortune. He was able to help me reprogram my existing key and also got me set up with a new key that includes remote start, which has been awesome. What really stood out was his customer service. The second day, I had an issue where the battery in the new key died. I texted him and received a response the same day. He immediately offered for me to stop by so he could replace the battery. I ended up buying a battery myself, and he still offered to help if I had any issues getting it working. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was working properly. Thank you again for all your help!

Only received 1 key and remote fob with our used 2002 Mazda Miata. Called Kfir and he came out with his mobile shop and created two extra keys with a more modern switchblade style key. Fast, efficient, full-service, affordable, and quality. Highly recommended and will use his services again.

Service was excellent and quick. My regular locksmith service was too busy so I found Real Time and they answered right away and showed up in an hour.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. Scheduled for 12:30pm to meet at a storage facility but calls me a couple min before saying they'll be there at 1:30pm. I was already 5min away so I stay there waiting for over an hour at the storage facility and a guy finally arrives at 1:45pm. We go to the storage facility's office and they ask for a locksmith license. The 'locksmith' says he's going to go back to his car to get it. Im waiting for him to come back but he's taking forever. I go outside to check and he's gone, he drove away. I call him multiple times and no answer. I have no reason to bash this business other than the service they provided, I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
