I rarely leave reviews on the internet but Red Stone Contractors deserve more recognition! We had a kitchen renovation project and while we had our kitchen designer and stone specialists referred through family and friends we were struggling to find good contractors. We needed help with some remodeling for things like moving a kitchen sink and appliances to different locations, removing bulkhead and backsplash, closing one entrance to the kitchen and install new wall, patching, moving electrical outlets, installing new pot lights, and a lot of other stuff. We gathered multiple quotes from different contractors and we are so glad that we chose RSC! Starting from the quote the whole experience was super positive. This type of work in our whole project was the most stressful for us as the kitchen design depended on it and had to be done right. RSC contractors made sure that everything has gone smooth without any stress. Super nice staff, very pleasant to work with but most importantly they listen to their customers and provide very professional service. We've been lucky with hiring contractors on HomeStars and this was no exception. Tony and his team communicated regularly, made the process easy and were always courteous, even during a delay. Skipping the initial process, they showed up mid-February and spent a good two hours using plastic to cover the floors from the front door to the master bath. They covered the beds, dressers, you name it. This process in itself spoke volumes about their attention to detail and workmanship. Our job was a gut - right back to the studs. It went fairly well with only one minor issue (mold and plumbing) but even then we only went slightly over budget (like less than a grand) when all was said and done. There were a number of times Tony could have hosed us. I'm not saying he ever would but I dealt with a LOT of contractors in my day and Red Stone is nothing like the others. They care. The job is finally complete today, just over a month after they started. The renovation itself only took two weeks but due to Coronavirus, materials, etc there were some inevitable delays.
