Redwood Insulation

Matt and has team have insulated my home. They were punctual, professional, and completed the job promptly. I highly recommend Redwood Insulation for your insulation needs!

Based on others' reviews, I was hoping to get them to bid on some insulation and attic work we were looking for. Unfortunately, they've been very unresponsive, so I had to move on to other vendors. I originally emailed on September 30th and never got a response. I sent another email October 13. Matt finally replied on October 14 saying they could coordinate a site visit. I responded on October 14 to propose some days. Unfortunately they never responded, so I replied again on October 18, and again, nothing. I called on October 24 and left a voicemail. It's now November 1, and again, nothing. Based on the other reviews, I'm really surprised by this lack of responsiveness.

Very pleased with Redwood Insulation. Mathew and his team take great pride in the service and product they provide. Communication has been excellent. Mathew did a great job in explaining the different options in insulation in my crawl space. Highly recommend Redwood Insulation.

Our son and daughters rooms were consistently 10 degrees colder than the rest of our house. Our PGE bills were crazy high and the rest of the rooms in our house were a sauna in an attempt to keep their rooms just warm enough. After exhausting all of our HVAC knowledge, we called Matt. He came out the very next day and after inspecting the attic found that my daughters room ceiling was not insulated evenly and my sons ceiling had NO INSULATION AT ALL! He came out the very next day-sprayed my sons ceiling, evened out my daughters and then gave the whole attic a spray to even it all out. He was in and out within an hour. He was VERY fairly priced. We had our first day/night of consistent temps throughout the whole house and we didn't need to run our heater nearly as much. I would highly recommend his services.

Wow, great job. Matthew was great at communicating in setting up the initial estimate and follow-through with setting up the date and time for the service. His price was lower than other estimates and his communication was far superior. He actually arrived BEFORE the scheduled time. I rarely have had that happen. He and his assistant, Vinnie, did a great job on preparation and even helped me move some items out of the area receiving the spray foam insulation. They did a great job and took their time in ensuring the area was cleaned up before they left. They did not seem rushed to finish the job. Great integrity and work ethic. I would highly recommend them for any insulation needs you might have.
