Reliable Locksmith SJ

Stay far away from this scam company. I am a property maintenance manager for a big complex in Sunnyvale and this is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered with a locksmith. They send an unqualified technician who broke the lock and then wanted to charge exorbitant fees for a new lock that should've cost much less. Do not use this company!

Michael deserves 6 on a scale of 5. Our old lockset was a challenge, but he figured out how to fix it. Ran to the warehouse to get the nearest match and put everything back together in no time. We were expecting a bottom line significantly higher, given all the extra work it took. But he said 'no charge' for that. What's not to like about this guy? A+ for service and expertise.

This review is several months late, but Mike did an EXCEPTIONAL job back in Feb for me. He changed 7 locks for me in record time, and also made sure to reset the tumblers. Thank you Mike for your wonderful work! Will definitely recommend this company to anyone else in my circle that needs a locksmith's services!
