Renovate Max

We completed our home remodeling project with Renovate Max Construction. We came into the project after our previous contractor left unexpectedly, Ali stepped in at that time and took over the project getting any additional approvals with city and execution. Since the plans were already approved and ready, Renovate Max team focused on execution and moved things forward. Overall, we appreciate Renovate Max team for stepping in walking us through design, keeping us apprised with the steps and execution and getting the project to completion.

Ali (owner of Renovate Max) stand behind his work! I bought a newly built house from a seller who hired Renovate Max as her builder. Everything was beautifully made and well constructed. Inspection report during purchase reflected that. After move-in I found a few issues (well, and nitpicks). The seller pointed me to Ali when I raise these problems (one door had minor alignment problem, a sink had minor leak, the hole behind the doorbell was larger than I wanted, etc.). Ali patiently listen to my concerns, coordinated his team to fix all the issues for me. I am really grateful for his help especially I didn't pay him anything. This really shows me how Ali stand behind his work! I would definitely work with Ali again in the future if I have any project!

I would caution anyone considering Renovate Max and Ali (contractor/owner). There are several issues you will run into if you choose this contractor, but knowing them up front may help you decide or perhaps make changes to the standard contract to protect yourself. There were issues with estimating how long a job would take and there were costly underestimations of electrical work. I am happy with most (not all) results from this large remodel project. I wish I had known some of these things up front, that's why I'm sharing with other homeowners.

Renovate Max Inc. helped me with remodeling my studio. My room looks amazing now. I can't wait to consult with RMI again when I'm already to revamp my bathroom for a shower glass door.

Recently got my bedroom remodeled and I couldn't be happier. My room went from looking like one at a raggedy motel to a newly renovated masterpiece. I would definitely recommend their services if you're looking for a few new change at an affordable cost.
