Requested a Quotation for an AC Install in a single Family Home Residence. Felt like i was a bothersome requestor when asking about Electrical Requirements. Received an AC Quote. Left VM with the Absent Owner, No Response

We had a heat pump installed during COVID by another contractor. The cooling function has never worked properly over the past six years. We had several other HVAC companies come to diagnose the problem, and it was always the same experience: 1. Talk about how the last contractor got it all wrong. 2. Come up with some wild scenario that was the problem and / or 3. Tell me they would get back to me, and never do so. Jim's visit with Residential Air was entirely different: 1. He never sought to blame anyone instead focused on finding the issue. 2. He looked at all the symptoms and came up with a well-reasoned scenario. 3. He stayed in touch as parts were ordered from the manufacturer and returned to complete the repair. As I write this, I am turning down the AC as it is a bit chilly inside, while it is sweltering outside. Six years since the original install and we finally have a functioning system. Thank you, Jim. I had a heat pump installed 15 months ago by an individual contractor, and it failed at the start of the summer. Due to multiple reasons, I had little faith in the original installer, so found Residential through Bryant. The scheduling and follow through appointment reminders were very much appreciated and Brandon was sent out. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and has been with the company for 12 years. He did thorough diagnostics and found a leak in the system. Repair done! I am pleased that I have a company to call on for any future needs. Thank you Brandon for your help!

I had my blower motor and fan cleaned by Residential heating and cooling. Brandon was the technician they sent out to my house he explained everything to me took pictures. He gave my old furnace a little bit of a cleaning. I really do appreciate it. I would definitely call Residential back again for sure!

Residential installed our main house Mitsubishi mini-split 10 years ago and came back to install a high-wall unit in our ADU. Ben and Isaac were very professional and did a great job - the installation was quick and clean and the unit is working well. Big thanks to Timo for his prep and procurement as well.
