Royal Sinaloa Roofing

Had them replace my roof they did the whole job in two days, but failed to do any proper prep work and prevent nails from going on the ground. More worried about getting the job done fast and not doing the proper steps to prevent danger. My six-year-old daughter put one through her foot and put her in the emergency room. I brought this to the owner's attention and all I got was a sorry text. Worst part is I warned him one week prior that there was excessive nails that we've been picking up and he claims he came by and did another sweep. All they had to do was lay tarps or plastic down to prevent this. Or don't do the job so fast and be sloppy and just throw everything off the roof in every direction. Or maybe have the owner actually be on site when his workers are working and prevent situation situations like.

I love my new roof. I'm so glad I went with Royal Sinaloa. I called a few roofers, and two didn't show up for the estimate. The one that did show up wanted to start the next day and planned to pull workers from another project in the area to work on my project. It sounds excellent initially, but then it feels like a rush job. Trevor and his crew were thorough. Everything was done professionally and on time despite the heatwave. The price was excellent, too, and felt fair. Everything was itemized on the proposal, so there is no hidden cost. Also, I could pay for the material's cost directly and got some great points on my credit card. Consider calling Royal Sinaloa!

Initial calls in late/May for weeks no responses; however Trevor messages back on May/31 Friday about on vacation and only takes roofing replacement not repairs. After confirming our roofing project is a replacement, then Trevor agreed to do a virtual estimate over the weekend since the replacement is for the rooftop of the back addition family room. He assured me on the phone, an estimate shall be simple, quick enough & accurate based on his years of roofing experience. All required info were sent on the same day May/31, but the promised estimate/quotes never come and even with many follow up calls/reminders. This roofing company was referred by another good service company that I've used for many years. Just hope that at least someone can pick up calls (company listed # in Yelp and Trevor's cell #). Maybe I should give it 1 star instead?

This company is the genuine article and the glowing reviews you see for them here are well deserved. They treat your home as if it was their home and meticulous attention to quality in every aspect of their work is constantly evident. Our 30 year old concrete tile roof was at end of life, and a constant source of stress when it rained. Asked for a quote to replace with architectural shingles as a good match to our solar panels, and received a very detailed quote, clearly explaining several possible options. They were able to work around the solar de-installation schedule without any issues. The crew was motivated, skilled, very experienced, and showed up exactly on time, every day. The job site was maintained in a clean and safe manner at all times, and the quality of the work -- absolutely outstanding. Excellent value for the money in my opinion; a quality product, well installed. True-up at the end of the job was detailed, clear, and under budget. Strongly recommend this company.

Wonderful work on our new roof and gutters, from the estimate to finish. Started on time each day. Cleaned up thoroughly each day. Beautiful roof and gutters. Highly recommended!
