Rx Appliance Repair

We've used RX Appliance Repair for years, for our home and for a home we rent out. He's serviced ovens (in time for Thanksgiving), replaced hinges on a refrigerator door that literally fell off when we opened it (and had the part in his truck!) and has literally increased the useful life of our washer and dryer. He is honest about whether a repair is 'worth it.' I wish I could find a plumber with his integrity and problem-solving skills. Ten stars.

I have only spoken to Keith on the phone (today) - I called because my fridge was having minor defrost issues and I wondered if it was worth repairing. He graciously talked me through what the problems could be, and concluded that I did NOT need a new refrigerator and probably didn't even need service quite yet. . . I was just impressed with his generosity, and knowledge, and if I have problems down the line, will definitely call! It's so refreshing to have such a great experience with a vendor!!!!!

Keith at RX Appliance Repair is very professional & a good communicator. We had a washer dryer repair. He was efficient and got the job done. I recommend him and would hire him again.

SUPER UNRELIABLE.... says he going to call and set up a time but ended up doing neither and ghosting the whole thing. Now I'm stuck with a dryer for another week after this appointment has been set up. Bad Business.
