Hello I just called them I have a question about the foundation I saw in a house. I didn't need to have anyone to come over I just have a question regarding if a screw jack posts in craw space are acceptable, do we really need to replace it with wooden post if there is nothing wrong. I wasn't sure if I was going to get charged for simply asking this question but turned out they were very friendly on the phone and took the time to explain it to me why it is not needed for now but look for possible signs etc. this is great they seem knowledgeable and honest. If there is actual foundation issue needs to be done then I will call them again for sure. Thank you!

I recently had a great visit by Peiman at S&P Structural Engineers to address some basic concerns with bouncy and sagging floors in certain parts of my home. When I first contacted them, Peiman spent a lot of time on the phone with me to hear more about my concerns and what contractors had to say regarding the matter. He carefully listened and agreed to stop by my house a few days later. He was very upfront about what he was going to do and how he could provide a solution. After he arrived, he outlined a course of action for the short and long term. He was realistic about the current state of the foundation (and me living on a hillside) and made suggestions that were easy to understand. I'll definitely be keeping S&P in mind for larger projects in the future!
