Latest 5 of 135I asked this company to check the defunct HD on my relatively new CCTV. They said they don't work on systems they didn't install and quoted me in the thousands for a new system.
We had a power outage and our cameras have stopped recording. I have been trying to coordinate a service call with them through their extended warranty and have had no luck for 10 days now.
Our community updated our gate security system. The new system works by installing an app on your cell phone. Scott and Fred were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
