I had worked done with this company in May. It is now July. I got a message from someone named Tammy telling me that "if I don't pay my bill by this week. I will begin adding late fees and send to collections if it's not paid this week." I was out of town because my husband passed away and I had to take care of some business. I think the owner of this company needs to retrain his staff on how to be more polite with clients and not as threatening. The check is in the mail.

Alex was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about both the home inspection and mold inspection. He's flexible and easy to work with and very prompt with delivering the reports. He even took the time to walk me through the entire home at the end pointing out all the major issues that would be included in the report and how the issues would need to be remediated. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of home inspection / mold inspection!

Had a great experience with Alex. He did a thorough job of inspecting our new home construction and gave good remediation tips on the things we needed to fix. He also took the time to explain things in detail. Highly recommend him.

Owner of business was very professional and nice enough, however, he did not want to answer any of my questions and provided no information on the inspection or testing process, I felt completely in the dark. I was told a specific date on when I would get my report and didn't receive it, so contacted them and then received it a couple days after.
