Same Day Garage Door Repair

Our garage door suddenly stopped halfway up when opening it. We called Same Day Garage Door Repair. My wife and I got Larry on the phone, who proved incredibly helpful. Using FaceTime, he directed us to do some tests, while he watched. He directed me to make an adjustment, while simultaneously educating my wife and I on garage door operation. I made the adjustment he recommended, and voila!, problem solved, and garage door goes up and down like it always did. Larry is super friendly, easy to understand, is patient, and comes across as more of a helpful neighbor than a business. I cannot recommend someone more highly. Five stars in my book is reserved only for flawless customer service. Larry earned that and then some. Simply outstanding!

Larry is legit. My garage, literally, fell apart and I called Larry. He responded immediately and scheduled me same day. This was important because I didn't want insects and rodents going into my garage. He was running a little late so he called me and let me know he was running late (much appreciate the heads up and the communication). When he arrived, he looked at my garage and gave me an estimate on how much the work would be. He started work on the garage immediately. During this time, he told me about his professional history and how he started with this small business (cool guy and, most importantly, knows what he is doing). Larry is incredible. We couldn't get our garage door open, and instead of making excuses as to why they couldn't come out on the same day, he patiently walked me through the fix over the phone and I was able to do the repair myself.
