Latest 5 of 42The staff were very nice and welcoming, but I was disappointed with the results. For the amount of money I spent, I expected to see more noticeable improvement. Looking at my before-and-after photos, I honestly don't see much difference. Overall, it wasn't the outcome I hoped for.
I've had multiple treatments at San Jose Medical Spa with Dr. Chen for a while now. Everytime I have gone to the office for a treatment, the experience has always been top tier. They are very responsive to phone calls whether its for reschedules or appointment confirmations. The entire staff and especially Dr. Chen are very friendly. I have been very happy with the results I've achieved through coming to San Jose Medical Spa. I would highly reccommend San Jose Medical Spa to other friends.
I recommend Dr. Chen and her staff highly. They did a wonderful job explaining options and checked in frequently to ensure I was doing well.
Well maintained and clean. Went there for tattoo removal. Everyone is super competent and friendly.
