Dr. Jael Lacayo was great! I come in for maintenance because I enjoy working out and running. She was very informative and gave me great stretching tips before and after my workouts. The adjustments were amazing, and I felt the difference in my next workout. Highly recommend Dr. Jael Lacayo!

I came here some years ago and they made my problem worse. Not by a lot but noticeably. They were nice and seemed professional but after trying them once, I've been driving back down to Los Altos to the chiropractor I've been seeing for a while. Maybe I just got someone who didn't really know what they were doing but it still reflects poorly on their hiring practices.

Fantastic work. Did more than just an adjustment. Really helped me understand my anatomy and stretched parts of my back that needed it. Minimized my pain after one session.
