Norman was very helpful in describing my problem via text photos. He was very honest about his inability to repair it but gave very helpful suggestions on how to proceed. I'm grateful for his honesty.

I called Norman for help to mount my doorbell. He arrived on time and was able to do a fantastic job. I was even able to return some supplies I bought since he was able to make the mounting cover some of the holes in my wall.

Norman was wonderful to work with. He is patient when I had a million questions. He was punctual, communicated clearly, and did a great job for me with multiple things around the house. Very fair in pricing and most of all dependable. I got really lucky!

Norman was the first one to respond to my inquiries with a fair quote after looking at the pictures of the old and the new faucets. He arrived on time and explained clearly to me what needs to be done. Not only he installed the new faucet, he also tightened up the wriggling filtration tap that has been wriggling.

Norman helped me with several move-out repairs before I returned my apartment, including fixing scratches on a wooden door, wall touch-ups, and more. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience.
