Saul and team are professional and have performed quality work to fix the dry rots in my porch posts, rails and roof fascia board. Clear documents and contracts were provided before the project so scope and parts to apply are clearly understood. Surely recommend.

Reached out to SAO Construction for a small deck repair project involving a couple of broken deck boards. Saul came out for an estimate and walked directly on the damaged boards, which caused additional damage to the deck during the visit. During the walkthrough, I even expanded the scope of the project and asked about doing a full deck re-stain as well. He said he would send me a quote afterward, but I never received one and got completely ghosted despite being responsive and accommodating with scheduling. I understand if a contractor decides a project is too small or not a good fit, but basic professionalism and communication go a long way.

I have dealt with a LOT of contractors over the years of owning/maintaining multiple homes and as part of a self-managed HOA for a townhome complex. And through all of the big/small remodels, repairs, maintenance, etc., SAO Construction has been the BEST contractor I have ever worked with, on all fronts... SAO Construction provided outstanding work for the price and were a pleasure to work with.

Saul & team replaced a sliding glass door, ran a water line to my fridge amongst other things. We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely use them again for future projects. If you want things done right: Better call Saul.
