I had an outstanding experience with Scarborough Plumbing! From the very first call, their secretary was warm, professional and incredibly helpful-she made scheduling easy and kept us informed every step of the way. The plumber arrived on time, explained everything clearly and completed the job efficiently and neatly. It's such a relief to find a team that is both skilled and genuinely cares about their customers. I couldn't be happier with the service and will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!!!

We needed our shower fixed and Mitchell came out and didn't mess around. He got to the source of the problem and advised us that we needed a part but it could take up to a month to get it. No problem. The previous goof, a 'handyman' thought changing the shower head would solve the problem. I'm not a plumber and even I knew that would not work. Anyhoo Michell returns a little over two weeks later with the magical part and fixes the problem in two minutes. He was friendly, explained what needed to be done, and didn't make a mess in the house. In short he was awesome! The price was certainly reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

While renovating a 1/1 unit in Campus Edge, we had an extremely brittle bathroom shutoff valve snap off in our hand. We called Scarborough Plumbing and they had someone out to the condo in an hour. They replaced not only the broken shutoff valve, but they also replaced the rest of the old and brittle piping in the bathroom to make sure we wouldn't have any more issues. The work was fast, professional, clean and exceedingly reasonably priced. I wouldn't trust my home to anyone else!

Our home warranty company sent out a plumbing company to install a new water heater and they did not know what they were doing. On top of that, they tried to tell us we needed a special 'box' in order to hook up our washing machine due to new code regulations. They left the natural gas water heater in a precarious state, and we did not feel safe. Scarborough Plumbing was able to come out the same day that we called and reinstalled the hot water heater correctly. Not only that, but they were able to hook up our washer and dryer without the special 'box' that the other company wanted almost 400.00 for. I cannot thank them enough for their prompt and honest service. They put our minds at ease and helped us feel safe in our home.

This company, from Josh the owner, to his team is TOP SHELF! Had the whole house re-piped and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did. The guys are professional, respectful and trustworthy! Thank you all for a job well done!
