Latest 5 of 55Big mistake dealing with this horrible company I have repeatedly asked for proof that my medical bills were paid I requested that they mail me proof still nothing.; And I was told they would and never received it they lied about everything I could have gotten more money dealing with the insurance I've been so unhappy with lawfirm it's been really hard because I was still under a contract with another lawfirm and was told they had my file which was a lie .
Jeanette was amazing throughout my case after my accident. She was always communicative, professional, and supportive, and I always felt informed throughout the process.
I wouldnt recomend scranton to anybody.the person they had overseeing my case got fired for lieing and misrepresenting the law firm.they are horrible on communication.
