We have our septic tank emptied every 4-5 years and Senor Septic is who we call. They schedule us and occasionally they will update us if they need to reschedule to allow for them to be able to dump a full load, which is fine with us. We have a riser on our septic so it's opening is about 1 foot down we can easily dig down to the lid...the entire process only takes about 45 minutes and they are reasonably priced. They are very clean and take care to replace the dirt if we need. I highly recommend them.
