Service Champions

Amanda from service champions was awesome! she was knowledgeable, customer service oriented and efficient. The only thing is that the part we had to fix was WAY overpriced!!!! A thermostat should NEVER cost more than 150$ let alone $334.00 - 50$ discount lol, that is highway robbery!!!! And we've been clients of service champions for over 20 years.

Gio came out to look at our A/C condenser. very professional, assess the problem and boom! our compressor went out. so they are replacing it. can't wait to have A/C again.

Disappointed this time around. Customer service good, but there could have been more technical support to fix the issue or direct a customer in the right direction.

Great service overall! Gilson took the time to explain everything and was very detail oriented. He found a filter that no one else could find. He was very professional and very understanding (I had my toddler running around). I would definitely recommend Service champs. The techs are very knowledgeable and always had a good experience with them.

Moving on from the 'Bell' universe of services... Service Champions, and specifically Zach, outdid them in every way. First, they got me scheduled within two days. The "dingdong" company was quoting September. September! In this heat. And I belong to the monthly club and this is the way I was treated. First class and first rate for getting me scheduled so quick... Service Champions rocks! Second, Zach was exemplary in every way possible. Off the chart knowledgeable! He really knew his stuff and explained everything I had a question about. Extremely friendly and personable too. Diagnosed the problem like a professional and explained what the solution was. Then went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer about a possible warranty on the part. Signed up for the MVP program and I can tell you that Zack's knowledge and abilities, along with his customer service, are first class. Looking forward to a future with Service Champions, where quality customer service and high-level response is job one.
