I had a bathroom that needed restoration after a water incident. I'm not sure why these guys hated me so much. Almost seemed personal since the other reviews are so positive. The initial meeting was nice enough. The guys were actually really cool guys, had a great story, promised some timely work, so I was sold. I should have known what I was getting into when it took them almost 2 weeks just to provide an initial estimate. When I signed the contract, they estimated they can finish all the work in 2 weeks. Let's just say that didn't happen and I gave up on them 10 weeks after that initial commitment. And it wasn't a pleasant 10 weeks - it was 10 weeks of missed commitments, unreturned phone calls, change in PM, and topped off with an additional shakedown for more cash.

The customer service and promptness of all the staff was excellent. They were thorough and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

Arin and his team are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and quite helpful. They did a thorough job of repairing our wall and facilitated testing beautifully. Our repairs could have been a hassle and they moved through everything seamlessly. We are so grateful for their attention to detail and follow through. I highly recommend this group!
