SERVPRO of Burlingame, Millbrae

My advice is stay away from this company. I had an altercation with one of their technicians this morning who was doing work for a resident in my apartment building. The technician parked his Servpro truck in a red zone and half way across our driveway preventing access into and out of our parking lot. A simple request to move his vehicle so I could leave my driveway was apparently a major ordeal to this technician who proceeded to call me all sorts of names and threatened to beat me up while stating he didn't give a fu@k if he loses his job. Terrible attitude and aggressiveness from this Servpro worker which is prompting me to write a review about them when I wasn't even using their service.

I contacted Servpro for a mold issue after getting some insane quotes from other companies. When I first called Servpro, the woman on the phone did her best to explain and assess exactly what would be needed, language barrier and the price was much more reasonable. My husband even joked that at that price point, we "couldn't be beggars regarding perfection." We were wrong! Andrew and Abraham arrived early and were fantastic. Andrew walked us through the entire process and explained thoroughly what they would be doing. When they finished, we had our general contractor come in to inspect the area. He actually asked us for Andrew's contact information because he said the job was done "extremely perfectly." I strongly recommend Servpro. They are honest, reliable, and the quality of work is top-tier

I was referred to ServPro by my plumber who needed additional information to find a suspected bathroom leak before he started work. Scheduling was a breeze and they had someone come out the next day. Pat arrived promptly and performed his diagnostics. He was thorough and methodological in trying to find the leak and made several suggestions which pointed me in the right direction. While my job turned out to be too small based on his exam, his expertise and honesty was appreciated. I would definitely feel comfortable in going with ServPro should I have any water remediation issues. Thank you Pat!

Servpro of Burlingame is honest and reliable. I had a water leak in my bathroom that had gone undetected for a while. I called ServPro and Pat came out to do an estimate. He detected a lot of moisture in the walls and flooring. He was very professional and explained the entire remediation process. I decided to hire them. Thomas and Ivan came out. Thomas put down floor protection and created a containment barrier. They were punctual, showed up on time every morning. I had very good communication with Thomas throughout the entire mold removal process. They are both very skilled. I highly recommend ServPro of Burlingame.

I cannot recommend Servpro highly enough. Disaster struck when a handyman drilled into a fire sprinkler pipe, causing extensive water damage then refused to take responsibility. Upon a recommendation from a contractor friend, I called Servpro and they immediately came over, inspected, provided a quote, and commenced work. They were excellent in every aspect of this job - communication, service, diligence, and price. Silas and Harold are utmost professionals and a pleasure to work with.
