SERVPRO of Burlington/Woburn

I had ServPro come out to do a lot of teardown after some water damage at my house. Jonathan was my project manager. He was fantastic. Extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. My onsite crew was Hector, Ismael, and Juan - and I highly recommend them as well! They were so professional and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned everything up beautifully afterwards. The entire process went very smoothly and I couldn't have been happier.

This review is a little delayed, but we called SERVPRO at the end of April/early May because we were in the process of installing new flooring but noted some water damage on the wall from a previous leak. Mike at SERVPRO returned my call within the hour and came out the same week to provide a quote. On his visit, he was thorough in his assessment, and was incredibly accommodating in getting a mold removal in place as quickly as possible on what ended up being rather short notice. The crew that arrived was on time and polite, and they provided a thorough explanation of what they did on the job, as well as a complete cleanup (it was actually left cleaner than when they started!). Their office was also very quick to help when we had to call later that day because our cats got into the area where the remediation was done while everything was still drying to determine that the products they used were perfectly safe for them to be around. We will be reaching back out to this location should we ever have another clean up need in the future. Thank you so very much for your help!!

Great! With all the rain we had, I walked into a giant puddle in my basement. I called Marc at Servpro and they came out assessed the situation. I scheduled a time for them to come back. Not only did they come back on time. They were clean and neat. They cleaned everything up like it never even happened. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for help.

Kudos to Servepro/Woburn!!! A recent common area frozen fire sprinkler break caused significant water damage to the interior of my condominium. Marc, the owner, promptly responded to my call and provided me with an efficient and realistic restoration plan that minimized disruption to my living space. Marc and his crew arrived on time, carefully ripped my water damaged hardwood floor, removed all debris and prepared my condo for new floor installation. The men were most polite and the work was conducted quickly, efficiently and professionally. Marc coordinated all work and billing directly to my insurance company, including delivery and pickup of my new area rug for professional cleaning and disinfecting. No need to shop around. Servepro/Woburn provided exceptional restoration service while minimizing a highly stressful situation!

My ceiling was leaking due to rain and these guys came immediately and within an hour had dealt with the leak and set up draining/dryers. They even cleaned the floors after they finished and were a pleasure to deal with.
