SERVPRO of San Mateo

Servpro Millbrae was sent by my insurance company. The office staff was communicative, however they did not inspect carefully, left holes in the floor, did not take all debris, and workers only spoke Spanish. They are expensive for an incomplete job.

DO NOT call SERVPRO of San Mateo if you have an emergency. I recently had an emergency with 1/2" standing water in my house. In Googling for local 24/7 emergency plumbers, I came across SERVPRO of San Mateo, whose website states "Available 24/7. An emergency can happen at any time, and we are ready to take your call, day or night." To be fair, someone did answer my phone call asap. However, they said someone would call me back in a few minutes. It's been several days and I never got a call back.

Carlos is an angel sent from above! Seriously!! I have a condo and the HOA used a general contractor (B license only) to perform brown water remediation in my condo, over a week after the initial damage. The contractor destroyed potentially salvageable cabinetry and left sewage and molded cabinetry in place. I was blessed to have ServPro come in to perform APPROPRIATE remediation!

Servpro came out to dry out some areas due to a leak. Jose came out and assessed the job and measured the moisture in the area. A few days later a crew came to demo the rest of the area, cleaned it up and then set up their drying machines. They sealed off the entire area with plastics, and cleaned up the area really well. After only 24 hours the area was dry and ready for reconstruction. I highly recommend Fabian and crew for any mitigation needs.

Our Kitchen drain pipe leaked and warped our hardwood floors. ServPro of San Mateo came right out, made the demo pain free and very little mess. They worked very well with our insurance company. We would highly recommend them in your time of need.
