Great experience with Servpro to remediate some water damage. Timely response times and scheduling even for my relatively small project. Jeremy was communicative, helpful, and efficient for both the inspection and work! Would recommend.

I called this company to provide a quote for repairs. They scheduled an appointment two days after the call. A few days later they sent a PDF without any images or reports. My insurance told me they cannot proceed with repairs until they send the images and full report. I called and texted Marc multiple times asking him to send a full report. It has been 3 weeks and they have not responded to my request.

I highly suggest not choosing Servpro SW San Jose for any restoration or renovation project you may have. The owner showed total disregard for me and hasn't shown the professionalism and common courtesy to contact me.
