Came out and took care of business. Tech explained from day to day what he was doing and what was going on. Never took a cigarette break and was never on the phone. Would definitely use this company again, but hope I don't have too.

I had a great experience with Servpro. I called to have someone come out and check for possible water damage and mold that we discovered after rearranging furniture. They were very responsive and sent someone the next morning, who quickly and professionally assessed the situation and explained the likely cause. Fortunately, it turned out to be nothing, and they did not even charge for the testing.

These guys are so highly skilled and incredibly responsive that I strongly recommend them to handle your water emergency. They are at the top of my Emergency Resource List for all my properties throughout Northern California, because of their experience, resourcefulness and highly skilled staff.
