Humberto and his brother Alejandro of SF Gardening services have taken my backyard to the next level with their thoughtful quality detail-oriented gardening work. I first met Humberto when I opened a Yelp project ticket in January. He was not only quick to respond, (he came over within an hour, on a Sunday), he also was transparent in his pricing and had great suggestions. I could tell he knew a lot about gardening. Humberto and Alejandro came in January for the first visit, and as was right for the season, they pruned all of the bushes, weeded the mulch and stone areas, and mowed the lawn. I liked them so much that first visit we made a plan for the next visit in the spring, which happened today! Humberto brought just the stone I wanted (he knew it by name when he saw it the first time), to refresh the old stone and also brought the mulch that we had talked about- both in the perfect quantity. Today they also mowed and fertilized the grass (the right time of year for that now), cleaned up all of my pots, put new plants in huge heavy ceramic pots, replanted some outlier succulents from the stone area, and did a thoughtful cleanup all around. I am very happy with the work that Humberto and his brother did in our small front yard and backyard. I highly recommend SF Gardening Services. We have had an ongoing gopher problem and were unable to keep plants from being eaten. Humberto placed an underground layer of gopher fencing and weed fabric and then topped it with a layer of river rocks. Succulents were then planted in large egg pots. We are pleased with the result and are hopeful the gophers will move on. Humberto responded quickly to my inquiries, he showed up on time. He and his brother were hard working and efficient. They even worked in light rain to be able to finish on time. Great work!

I recently worked with Humberto and I can't thank him enough for transforming our overgrown jungle into a functional yard. We wanted to revamp the space without stripping it completely, and Humberto expertly assessed which plants to save, prune, or cut back. Humberto and his team spent a full day working meticulously to clear the overgrowth while preserving the plants we loved. I'll definitely be calling him again.
